title screen for a largely ignored game.

one of the setbacks of having multiple ongoing projects and not enough hands to clamber over them.

maybe i'll post the other projects here later. possibly.

finally did the animations to go with the title screen. now, just needs to add water, music, sound effects and stir. :kitty:
